The barber behind the chair
Dan Carey is a Pennsylvania-licensed barber and lifelong Wilkes-Barre resident. He trained at the Carbondale School of Barbering before opening his neighborhood shop close to home.
The shop is deliberately personal: complimentary drinks, the game or news on television, a bit of music, and room for an honest conversation. The service is traditional; the welcome is easy.

Inside the shop
A comfortable waiting room, a well-kept chair, and the tools and tonics of a traditional trade.

More than the cut

— Anthony Hamilton
